So they decided to go Seoul Garden to have Student Price Buffet.. hehehe

See got vegetables, fish, beef and etc..

Everytimes i buy dark forest, tiramisu etc.. Will got involved with CHOCOLATE one becoz i like chocolate mah.. haha.. this time i buy something cute for bel..

Cute mah.. teletubby wor.. I like lala and po de... but dont have sell maybe too popular liao so out of stock.. and left only dipsy and tinky winky.. dipsy abit blackie.. so no choice le i think buy tinky winky better ba..

We both burst into laughters when we saw this.. because bel said "I thought this supposed to be called 'log cake' for merry christmas one".. i dont know wor.. i see cute then buy de..nvm still the same category called 'CAKES'.. lol keke =)

Today is i making handmade gifts for Bel's birthday. Therefore, Chef Lu is back again.

What i prepared:

First im going to do is the brownie. Very easy just mix here and there can liao.

Next is the peanut cookies. I used packets of chocolate to decolorate the cookies

I cut my hair.. I no longer long hair liao.. I cut to much shorter.. Quite similar style to Holland Village Channel 8 Mo Rou Rou hairstyle.. which is Vivian Lai one..She cut very nice lor.. hopefully it will turn out nice on me too.. Haha weird me.. ppl keep long hair..rebond..perm it..highlight.. dye etc so as to become prettier more princess.. i go cut it away -.- BUT IM STILL LOOK PRINCESS hor.. lol jk jk

Very short right? If want keep long hair back sure must wait very long le.. because now my hair is very layered and shorter. But then good is much cooler, neater and easy to manage also. Long hair more easy tangled, mus take good care if not will dry and also very hot for me since my skin complexion not that good lor. Oh yeah i got new hairstyle Jap hor?

WL's birthday BBQ was quite fun. Now i noe marshmallow can bbq also. Passionfruit drink very nice. Sweet potatoes go bbq also very nice. Prima Deli choc cake also very nice too. WL's Ah ma know how to pose with twist in picture. The most funny and cute part is WL's ah ma is a ROCKER.

October coming soon. Now its time for me to think for YaYa's birthday le..

Bugis Village

I like shop around Bugis Village got many nice clothes but then always so crowded. The coffeeshop there got nice western food. I love the teppanyaki black pepper beef at medium cook..very delicious.. see the pictures

YC's bbq was not bad. The food quite tasty. Her house quite nice too.

I still got another round of BBQ which is at Downtown East on next friday. I never go there before leh. Pasir there quite far too luckily got 969 bus then take one more stop of mrt to WL's birthday chalet. Woohoo~~~ Bel is coming with me too.. So excited and happy =X (Sound abit sua ku hor). Got nice food and cake. Hope is chocolate flavour. Wahaha Keke

Forget to post my FYPJ celebration with Bel at Swensen(TPY): Spent ard $30 plus i think.. but once in awhile still okay bahh.. heehee =)

Non-Bake Oreo Cheesecake

Chef Lu is here again to make a non-bake oreo cheesecake..

Lets compare the difference between Chef Lu one and her school one..

Aint it looks same..=X except Chef Lu one is abit rectangular shape and abit ugly.. I believed the taste is not much different..=X

Ingredients:
1 philadelphia Cream cheese brick
1 egg
1/4 of SCS butter block
3 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 milk chocolate bar
1 pack of oreo biscuits

Cheesecake Base (Crust):
1. Crush the oreo biscuits into bits/smaller chunks.
2. Melt some butter and mix it with the oreo bits so that they will stick better.
3. Prepare an approx 16cm container and press/lay the oreo bits onto it.
4. Ensure the biscuits base is even and covers fully. (Press it down well)
5. Put it in the fridge first.

Cheesecake:
(Either use a mixer or manually hand whisk is fine)
1. Beat / whip the 2 packs of cream cheese in a big bowl until the texture is like thick cream.
2. Add in 1 egg, 3 teaspoons of sugar, melt the milk chocolate bar and throw it in with the rest of the melted butter and beat evenly until smooth.
3. Crush the oreo cookies into small chunks and add them into the cake mixture, mix them well.

Last Step:
1. Take the cake base out and pour the ready cheesecake mixture onto it.
2. Smoothen it to prevent air bubbles and sprinkle oreo bits/ choc chips on top.
3. Cover the top of the container wrap it and chill it.
4. After 5-8 hours, you can slice it and serve.

Btw, the above receipe can do until this size:

By the ways, no need oven one. Within one hour i think can finish making already.

Bad News:

I got a BIG BAD NEWS to announce today. My hp memory card go crazy which means my 100+ of pictures are all gone..those food which i ate and also my yaya, tutu pictures all no more already..even my songs, yanzi's sk jewellery video and those data inside the card ALL GONE already...See now i dont know what to blog already. Hai what a bad news !!! *SobSob* =(

Previously, I was so obsessed with spicy crazy, noodles crazy, soup crazy, sushi crazy and many nice delicious food. Now, no photo to show since its gone.

And also, i was so freaky sleepy, sicky and broky during the past few months till now i dont even know i recovered anot?...*Sigh*

Good News:

I got a very GOOD NEWS to announce now. My 3 months FINAL YEARS PROJECT finally ended. Which means no need to do C# coding anymore. No need to wake up early in the morning anymore nor stay back to finish up my work. Now lesser stress. *phew*

And now the 7 weeks holiday commences..before the study semester starts..

Oh ya, I went to Comex 2006 IT show at Singapore Expo. I got myself a 2 gb thumbdrive and also a 512 mb rs mmc card for my hp. Bel also got the same thumbdrive as me. My bro who went with his friends on another day got a hard disk leh. Supposed to get a mp3 player but then no enough money lor..maybe have to wait for Dec another IT show..hopefully i got enough spare money.. Anyways, mp3 player is not a must also because my hp can listen song lor plus my journey quite short also..haha.. if got more money, i more tempted to get a digital camera instead lor. So that i can take many nice pictures as memories also. But then ex leh.. But this one also not a must as i got camera hp lor.. 2 mega pixel hp and 1.3 mega pixel hp leh..my father also got 5 mega pixel dig cam but then he said is belonged to company one de. Anyways, now can only see which brand good and target lor but cannot buy yet. Maybe when i grow up and work ba.

Bought my new panasonic handphone VS6 at $98.

Black colour out of stock le..so i take red one instead lor..

First time using panasonic handphone model. I like the screen display and color.

Not too bad bah.. Din sell my n3230.. so as i got spare hp anytimes.

Plus i can switch/choose handphone to use since both are working in good condition. Cool~

Nacho machine was fun. Now i spotted another one is the sundae ice cream machine.

Let's see how it works:

Step 1:

This is the overview of the ice cream machine

Total got 3 flavours..Chocolate, Strawberry and the other one... mmm i nt v sure.. haha

Step 2:

Choose your flavour. I choose chocolate. Taste not bad lor.

Step 3:

Remove the seal and place it on the machine.

Step 4:

Pull the lever up and down. But then remember to twist properly your cup. If not later very ugly.

And then............

It's done !!!

After playing so many rounds of House of Dead 4.. me and bel had cleared STAGE 1 and IN THE MIDDLE OF STAGE 2..lol ain't great achievement lol -.-

Still got bowling.. i had made a counterstrike for first time.. Meaning throw one time and all the pins been knocked down le.. hohoho =D

And playing bowling allowed me to have pathetic 5 e-tickets only..but nevermind lor..

Still got other game quite fun too.. I wanna collect the tickets and change into something else.. =X

Somehow i feel i should "upgrade" the card hor.. to the plastic type.. dont want paper type le..because easily spolit..As im too rough lor..

Oh ya, for the start i got a little achievement leh..

I tried the NACHO WITH HOT CHEESE @Cheer in my school. It costed me about $2.05 lor.
But overall taste still not bad but i think cinema one taste much more better leh.

Let see how the NACHO machine works:

Buy crackers at the counter first.

Open the cracker put below the machine there.

Step 3:

And then............

Tada~~~ DONE !!! Can eat while hot.. haha

After school, i went to Woodland with bel. Then i ate DUCK NOODLE WITH SALTED VEG ($3.50). Nice leh.. But then i did not finish it because too full le.

Next time i want eat DUCK RICE instead. I think is YU KEE DUCK RICE stall very famous leh.. A lot of places got the outlets lor.. Yummy.. *Droolz*

I think most women should know what is retail therapy.
So, for those who dont know what is retail therapy let me show you:

A new "Fresh" me

I had just cut my over shoulder length hair way way short and layered. Really miss my long hair alot alot alot. As that was the longest hair length that i kept. Somemore already touched my back. But then again my head now feels much more lighter then last time but then I can't flip my hair in people's faces anymore. Anyways, hair can grow back again right? Just that it need more time. Once in awhile, should change new hairstyle mah so as to get new 'look' hor.. Mmmm quite wondering do my previous long hair suit me more or my short hair now? keke shall stop here ya.. Will be back blogging again when got free time lor.

Sob sob my long hair... Heart pain pain leh... After all keep so long... but most important is MUST LOOK GOOD !!! Sigh~

Oh went Giordano. Bought a jean. My freaking $59.00. First time buy Gio jean. But luckily still got 30% offer discount coupons. And Bel bought a white 3/4 sleeve top.

Oh i wanted to get a Levis Ladies Style Jean so much. Better is bootcut one. Because my formal pant and jean are all bootcut too. But then Levis so expensive. With or without crystals also very expensive ar. Buy one should be okay hor? Or maybe once in awhile? Plus the design and pattern i wanted seems like no more le. Aiya, nevermind. For the time being, i saved up the money first. Anyways, there's always new design one. Maybe better =D

Ooo, i used to use nivea, dove perfume. My first time use the real perfume is JLO LOVE AT FIRST GLOW. But then i must use it wisely as it very precious and expensive too. JLO LOVE AT FIRST GLOW is a perfume talking about first love. Got sweet and sour smell. Very very nice one. THUMB UP !!! The bottle very nice too. I still got other perfume in mind too !!! ahaha next time buy ba wait JLO LAFG finished first.

Today is my last day of attachment. My last day in NCS. And im going back to school for my FYPJ. Another 3 more month to go.. Arghhhh~ Sianzzz

Oh ya, my company people celebrate with us at Breek(AMK) previously on 1/6/2006(Thursday). And i ate Fish and chips.

Very sumptous dinner~ Cant even finish it all. Still got dessert also. Ice cream. HeeHee. Yummy. Quite full and bloated, which is BAD for health. Maybe i should try not to eat so FULL since i got contispation. =x

This post is meant for last week happenings~ As usual, I'm going to show you pictures and words. Heehee =x

During lunch time, Went to SSDC - driving centre which was near ncs to eat.

I find that the yun tun mee there very nice leh.

Another day, i ate fish and chip with harshbrown... yummy the harshbrown so crispy whereas the mayo sauce also very nice too..

Look at YaYa !! He look so innocent there. Staring and drooling on the food. Poor thing he cant eat. Nevermind ya, Mama help u eat =P

That Friday night, Went to orchard with Bel and ate PepperLunch (Jap food).. Oh my god~ So tasty and smell so good. I like the place there. The waiter will serve you with the food. And you are supposed to cook the food and rice yourself by stirring and mixing the butter and sauce provided. The corn soup also not bad. And its really really really very very very nice overall.. Clever concept.. Creative idea.. *Thumb up* I'm so going to go down and eat again.. Maybe on this coming week? Hehe =D

Hey Hey, i reached the company early today. So I got the chance to blog now about yesterday outing.

Yesterday went to Tamp with Bel then saw the swatch watch which i like.. Even tried on many times.. And it looks very nice sia..

This one called "Touch of Heaven".. Got nice crystal and stars sia.. Unique design..wah but very expensive lor..limited edition for Xmas 2005..

The other one i tried on not as good as the "Touch of Heaven".. is called "Pearl Party"..This one should be 2004 design..This one got 2 way of wearing.. Either twist it or just wear normally.. but than this one look much more expensiver than my "Touch of Heaven"

Both are nice.. But must choose one of it.. lol think Touch of Heaven will got more percentage of winning ba.. cuz limited edition de.. and look just nice.. Pearl Party look slightly bigger abit..

And then where 2006 one? Think haven come out ba.. Did not see it lor..

After that we took mrt to Bugis..then ate Satay..wah long time no eat satay le.. 20 sticks lor.. 10 pork 10 lamb nice sia.. sauce also nice too.. 4 rices..and drink my wheat grass drink..and the Uncle Auntie siao one.. keep stared us just because we no buy drink from them..just because we no buy drink from them.. just because we no buy drink from them..but then we still got buy food from them wad.. aiyo..sian.. eeeeee their drink so ex and dun haf the wheat grass drink..stared ltr i sue u..lolx..public harrassment..should haf act blur we duno leh we duno leh..lol jkjk..aiyo past already..k next time dun eat there le.. i eat elsewhere dun let u all earn my grass $$$..

New Hairstyle..

I went to cut my hair just now. The behind part is being cut to layers whereas the front(fringe) cut short. And the fringe was designed to be the side parting. Quite not used to my new hairstyle because normally my parting is centre. Maybe sooner or later i will get used to it le bahh. By the ways, my fringe resembled SHE-Hebe's fringe?? yes? no? erm not too sure..but nevermind then already cut liao..Hopefully, it will turned nice..heehee..So now, must wait hair grow longer lor..Anyways, duno what to blog le. I cant wait to see my show "My Date With Vampire" later at 11 plus..lolx..

Christmas is around the corner as i can see many decorations almost all of the shopping centres.

My sandal spoilt yesterday and the pathetic me put tape around the snapped string times and times..

Even dragged this lousy sandal to orchard and find my sandals again..

Tada~ I bought a new sandal again..

This time round is very simple and nice..

Most importantly, it's black in colour so i wont be worrying about whether it get dirty easily anot..

So sad, at first i spotted a nice sandal at CK. But dont have my size. So in the end, i go other places.

Finally, i bought something. At Far East Plaza. I know i just went yesterday but then there's alot places to shop about especially clothings, accessories, footwears but most important is my glitttering sandal..but i haven buy it cux dun haf my size and also quite exx.. so i bought another sandal instead..also got abit of glittering too~

Went to Orchard today..erm..basically nothing much just wanna find a jacket and sandal..

But in the end, i din bought them though i saw something nice and quite tempted to buy but i still need someone's opinion also..anyways, no money also..cuz had been eating grass..u know ?? Trying to save money by skipping lunch wor..Go on diet sometimes also good lah..but instead of having good meal/diet, i think i have been feeding on those tibits which is quite "unhealthy" ?? haa but i do enjoy eating tibits..That's me since young lor..hohoho =D

No wonder Im such a "STRONG GAL"...grrrrrrrr

Anyways, i got myself rounded diamand silver studs..It looks REALLY very shining..cuz of the combo of (925 silver and white gold wash / plate ??)..erm dont remember what the salesgal said le..just find it nice den the price still quite reasonable den bought it..Considered Impulse mah ?? Hope not =x

And most importantly, I LIKE IT ! I hate ECZEMA !!

My eczema rashes getting bad..

My mum keep asking me to see a doctor maybe for an injection to prevent itchy..

But i don't feel like going..cuz it's very expensive and i scared of injection..lolx..

I do take note of my allergies such that what food i cant eat i try to avoid already..

Why are there frequent outbreaks..its getting so irritating..fed up..so sad *sobsob*

I already try to lessen my scratching..even tried to keep my nails short..even now i din put any nail polish..oh my ZA !!! =x

Apply cream after bathe..put moisturizer before going to bed..eat med when itchy..why is there no improvement..

I think i am getting impatient..poor blog..got to hear my rantings again and again..

Heard depression, stress, allergies and etc..will trigger eczema outbreaks..as refered to the link above..maybe i shld relax a little..cheer myself up..stay happy always..SmiLez..say *Cheese*..lolx..Sighhh..i will..i must..i try...(wad am i toking about ?? Anyone can understand my saying??)

I was stucked in the room just now..luckily not that long...i think probably for about 1 hour plus liddat...pengzz...duno wad happened to my door lock also..my brother who came home from outside opened and closed my door..then im stucked liao..luckily brothers n daddy..all come and help to solve the door lock..if not i wondered how i going to pee..=x..acctually i thought they will call the 24-hour locksmith but they didnt..cuz they said waste alot of time n money..so they decided to DIY...now the door lock is gone..=..(...and most importantly is i am not stuck inside liao..if not duno how sia..btw, my laptop bro used a masking tape to cover the hole as im now in air conditioned room mahx..haizz..sianz..not used to it..when the door lock is gone..and it kindda weird...how to describe it?? maybe i should say...a door without lock...lockless door...ehh how am i going to open liddat..siao liao lor...anyways..i think i will be getting a new door lock very soon..maybe my daddy will buy tml?? after his work??..hopes so...still not v used to it though..

but then again..it was so delicious and tasty..such that the fish is so soft..the french fries so crispy..got mayonise and also still got my all-time favorite salad..whahaa..but too bad..no corn or mushroom soup to go along with..haizz..unlike woodland causeway point..it got bread and soup summore...and the price slightly abit cheaper than tpy..quite tasty too...but hor...school more cheaper...lol $3.60 only...omg..still got spaghetti..i like..esp the tomato sauce..hohoho...not forgetting the potato too~

Btw, i came across this shop @TPY which sell female clothing..they got similar design like the levi sia..esp the backpocket..which formed a heart shape..nice nice..but then the quality so so nia bahh..i try on it..it seems comfortable but i no buy..cuz no $$$ liao..they also got nice sash..aiseh..make me so interested..esp the sparkling one..so shining and also the handmade one with beads..whoa~..but i see see nia lah..no buy also..cuz i rarely use buy also quite wasted mah..better save $$$ on other useful things..*ahem*..

Another shop which located just the entrance of tpy selling handmade accessories...their price some quite reasonable some quite expensive lor..sigggh...i actually got a liking with a few..esp the bracelet with seashell n pearl or maybe beads..another one is the necklace made with beads..and a seashell acts as pendant..so nice sia..the seashell is real one lor..i wondered how they managed to do this..*wondering*..lol..

Anyways, i am so-ggoing to visit Tpy again...probably after exams..oh my god..im so happy..weE wEE !!

Recently, it's hard for me to login my blogger account such that they will keep asked me to enable my cookies. Arghhh. So troublesome. I wondered what's wrong ??

I went to tpy today..I was thinking..should I buy this for my skin ??? I also spotted a nice jacket..got either white or black color..if i were to choose and buy which color is better ?? And that Giordano khaki 3/4 pant with free satin sash should i buy ?? it's kinda expensive but then it's running out of stock soon too~ haiz.there are also a few nice cotton tees too~ but im still indecisive.. after all no buy anything home.. and i feel it's a waste of money though..but i still wanted it very much..lol
